EP 162 – Appalachian Trail Record-Breaker: Kristian Morgan

Kristian Morgan is a runner who after three failed attempts to set the record, just last month set the fastest known time record for the southbound route on the Appalachian Trail at 45 days 4 hours, and 27 minutes, which also places him second on the Appalachian trail overall. In addition, Kristian held the record in 2020 for the 630-mile South West Coast Path in the UK. As an ultrarunner and running coach, Kristian trains and works remotely all over the world, and we’re excited to talk to him on the show to talk about his life and accomplishments.
